Bridge Equity seeks to partner with management to develop and implement strategies to grow the company well into the future. Bridge Equity invests in companies that can be grown internally and through strategic acquisitions. Our strategy is to "buy and build." Bridge Equity invests in companies that have experienced management teams and where Bridge Equity believes that its Principals can add significant value. Bridge Equity targets companies in well-defined business niches that have strong market positions and significant potential for long-term growth. The firm works closely with management to develop and execute strategic plans, identify and negotiate acquisitions, finance continued growth, and increase shareholder value. Bridge Equity targets investments of $1 million to $10 million of equity capital in companies valued between $3 million and $30 million. Typical investment transactions include generational changes of ownership, industry consolidations, acquisitions of corporate divisions/ subsidiaries, growth equity financings, and recapitalizations. Bridge Equity prefers to have a majority interest in the companies it invests in.
